These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by the customer with Vitviu Studio, at vitviu.com. Please read our Terms and Conditions carefully before placing any orders on www.vitviu.com. By placing an order, you enter into an agreement with us and accept these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to only accept orders from those aged over 18 years old.

RIGHT OF RETURN

We are all about happy customers! If for any reason you wish to return an item bought in our webshop, please notify us by mail: hello@vitviu.com within 14 days, so we can help you. 

Returns that are damaged or soiled, washed, altered or worn (other than to try the item on) may not be accepted. Pack the items so that they will not be damaged in shipment. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you wish to exchange your order, please contact us at hello@vitviu.com. We will ship the new desired item for you for free, but you have to pay for the returnfreight.

DELIVERY AND SHIPPING

We ship all over Europe!

Deliveries are made via postal service to the nearest post office. Your order will normally be delivered within 3-6 business days in Norway. Worldwide delivery is 10-12 business days.  

a. Norway

    • Orders less then 700 NOK - delivery cost 50 NOK
    • Orders above 700 NOK - Free shipping!

    Norwegian customers can also personally pick up their orders at the Vitviu Studio in Oslo. When order is placed and payed, we'll contact you to set up day/time for the pickup. You can find us here. (Lille Tøyen Hageby, Ansgar Sørlies vei 30, 0576 Oslo).

    b. Europe

      • Orders less then 700 NOK - delivery cost 100 NOK
      • Orders above 700 NOK - Free shipping!

      For not picking up your package you will be billed a fee of 250 NOK (30 dollars). 

      PRICING POLICY AND CHARGES

      All prices include 25% Norwegian VAT. Local VAT and import customs, if applicable, may have to be paid in your own country. The shipping fees will be added to the order in the checkout step and is based on its destination. Prices are subject to change without further notice.

      PAYMENT

      We accept payment by PayPal and Stripe. All transactions are secure and encrypted. Credit card information is never stored. 

      OWNERSHIP OF RIGHTS

      All rights, including copyrights at vitviu.com remain with Vitviu Studio. Any use of this website or its contents, including copying or storing it or them in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use is prohibited without our permission.

      PRIVACY POLICY

      The personal information you forward to Vitviu Studio will only be used in order to fulfill the undertakings Vitviu Studio have and to assure you the best service. Vitviu Studio will not let a third party see or use your personal details without your prior consent. You have the right to see your personal details upon request.
